I was having problems with my amplifier. I called the stereo place by Chicago where I got it. They did a good job in telling me what could be wrong with it but weren't able to tell me exactly what could be the problem. I decided to then call Jeff and he was at my home in a couple hours. He knew what he was doing and was able to get it back to like new. I was very pleased with how kind and how knowledgeable he is. I will definitely be using him for future repairs.

Our Sony TV just stopped functioning. We were quite certain it was the HDMI port and initially thought we'd need a new T.V. I called Jeff and he listened carefully to my description and asked questions. He then said it would be best for him to come to the house to look at the T.V. Jeff arrived at the house within an hour, and rather quickly discovered it was not a hardware problem; the T.V. needed to connect via the Internet to get regular updates to continue getting signals. Jeff took care of all of this and properly connected our headset so one person can listen via the headset (with required volume control) while others can listen normally. We were very pleased with Jeff's knowledge and personal interaction.

Jeff is amazing and has been a pleasure to work with through the years, very knowledgeable and gives fair assessments of whether something is worth fixing by him or even on your own if your a DIY-type. Repairs he has done for me have exceeded my expectations. He even did a house call to fix a particular Sony TV, but my favorite repair was a late 70's/Vintage Pioneer SX-450 Stereo Receiver that still runs today after he fixed it for me back in '95!! ;-)

Brought in two amplifiers and one preamp all were fixed very nicely cost was very reasonable nice job on all units thanks again!!!

Jeff is the embodiment of customer service. Responsive, efficient, and reliable. Everything you love about a small businessman. Helped me load my flat screen back in the car and gave me tips to protect the screen. 15/10. Would recommend to anyone. Much cheaper than buying a new TV.

it took a bit to get our tv back but we didn’t mind because i bet he was busy! but we had a great experience! our tv is working good as new! thank you for your service! we will be back if we need help with any other devices!

I brought in an old cd carousel from the late 80's/ early 90's that didn't work at all, and he was able to fix it in a week.

Took a receiver I got from eBay and had Jeff repair it. Not only did he just fixed the issue but also made sure nothing else was bad. Much to say it sounds better then new and at a fair price to. Definitely recommend and will be doing business with Jeff. Great guy

I would absolutely recommend bringing your CRT TVs here for repair. I had this tv in the barn for 10+ years and he got this done in a day. Thankfully it wasn’t anything too serious but he made sure everything is working properly. Thank you so much for saving this tv for future retro game nights.
